Use of the App
Portional is a nutrition tracking application designed to help you monitor your food intake, track macronutrients, and view your net calorie balance using data from Apple Health.

Portional is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet or exercise routine.
Subscriptions
Portional offers both free features and optional premium features available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Portional and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including custom foods, recipes, and meal logs. This content is stored on your device and your personal iCloud account.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit, Open Food Facts, and USDA FoodData Central. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portional shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
